WHY DO UNDERSERVED YOUTH NEED ACCESS TO CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND MENTORSHIP?
With an increasing demand for a postsecondary degree or certificate in the workplace, many young people struggle to get ahead. The skills gap is particularly prevalent in the fashion industry as it struggles to find people with both creative and business talent.
HOW DO REVENUES SUPPORT UNDERSERVED YOUTH?
Proceeds from the sale of merchandise will be used to sustain and grow our company and to support resources for underserved youth who are interested in a career in design, including access to fellowships, training and mentorship.
